OUTSOURCED TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES
DocuVoice provides high quality transcription service for all types of medical documents, office notes, clinic notes, or referral letters tailored to each client’s physician’s dictation style and work turn-around requirements. Our technology is a great HIPAA tool to assure your facility is HIPAA-compliant. Security, audit trails, and encryption are all built into our technology.
Flexible Input: Clients submit dictated reports for transcription using handheld recorders, telephone dictation or clients’ in-house servers from which DocuVoice can transcribe directly.
Digital Recorders: For physicians who prefer to dictate with a portable handheld digital voice recorder (DVR), DocuVoice provides clients with high-quality digital portable voice-recording devices that can store several hours of reports for upload via desktop PC. The voice is then encrypted and sent over the internet to our redundant remote voice server. These voice files are then routed to the proper transcriptionist.
Telephone Dial-In Service: For physicians who prefer to dictate by telephone, DocuVoice provides access to a local or remote Voice Server System. The physician can access this voice server 24 hours a day.
Document Distribution: Completed Documents can be distributed in any number of ways. They can be uploaded to your existing information system through an HL-7 interface, printed remotely, faxed or made available on the internet for client access.
Report Retention: DocuVoice also maintains an archive of all dictated reports for secure worry-free backup. Clients set the retention period that best suites their needs. The typical archival period is 90 days but longer periods can be established.
Management Records: DocuVoice provides a variety of management reports to verify billing, check productivity and turn-around times. Custom reports can also be designed for special applications and needs.

DocuVoice provides Coding Services to our clients that is charged based on the coded note. Our coding partner, Kiwi-Tek, is the leader in the delivery of quality online medical coding services to healthcare providers. Our system handles all of your medical documentation seamlessly and remotely using a state-of-the-art HIPAA-compliant data center and extensive network of certified medical coders.
Coding information as well as a wide variety of management reports are viewable in real time over a secured login to the website or coding data can be posted and available within your host system. coding information can also be downloaded directly to your billing departments billing system.
Coding is normally completed, quality checked and returned within 24-48 hours.
